Client Services Coordinator

Full-Time · On-Site · Dallas, TX · $45,000–$60,000

We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience to be a primary point of contact for our clients and a key support partner to our sales team — entering and tracking orders, keeping clients informed as jobs move through production, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between quote and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients via phone and email, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Enter and manage orders in our MIS/production system, ensuring specs, quantities, and deadlines are captured accurately.
  • Track jobs through production and proactively update clients and sales reps on status, delays, or changes.
  • Provide back-office account support for sales reps — pulling order history, coordinating reorders, and following up on open items.
  • Coordinate proof routing and approvals with clients, keeping jobs moving without missed deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot order issues (pricing, specs, shipping, timing) and escalate to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Maintain accurate client and order records in our CRM and MIS systems.
  • Communicate proactively with the Production Manager and internal teams on timeline risks or client clarifications needed.
  • Create purchase orders for all die lines and outsource brokered services.
  • Ensure all costs for jobs are included, tracked, and managed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of customer service, account support, or order management experience, in print, packaging, or manufacturing.
  • Comfortable working in an MIS/ERP order and production tracking system.
  • Experience using a CRM to manage client and account records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable being the face of the company to clients.
  • High attention to detail — able to catch order errors before they become production or shipping errors.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through on open items.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales teams in a print or packaging business.
  • Familiarity with print production terminology and workflows.
  • Experience handling proof approvals and client-facing production timelines.

Graphic Designer

Full-Time · On-Site · Dallas, TX · $55,000–$70,000

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience to help bring client brands to life across packaging and marketing/POP materials — concepting and designing labels, cartons, displays, and trade show graphics that are on-brand and visually strong, while carrying enough production know-how to build files that are structurally sound and print-ready.

Full job description ↓

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept and design packaging artwork — labels, folded cartons, and other packaging formats — that reflect client brand standards and stand out on shelf.
  • Design marketing and POP materials, including in-store displays, banners, and trade show graphics.
  • Develop layouts, typography, and visual systems that stay true to each client's brand identity across formats.
  • Build designs on structural dielines with an understanding of print and production constraints, so concepts translate cleanly to press-ready files.
  • Prepare files with correct bleeds, color modes, and resolution for offset, digital, and large-format output.
  • Present design concepts internally and to clients, incorporating feedback through revision rounds.
  • Collaborate with account managers and the Creative/Art Director to interpret creative briefs and stay aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain organized file archives and follow established naming and version-control conventions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally including packaging, POP/display, or brand identity work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and/or marketing material design, not just digital or campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Working understanding of print production fundamentals — bleeds, color separations, dielines, and press-ready file setup.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and client feedback and translate it into polished, on-brand design.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and hit deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing structural packaging on dielines.
  • Familiarity with large-format/wide-format design and output requirements.
  • Experience presenting concepts directly to clients.
  • Prior experience in a brand execution, packaging, or agency environment.
