This page applies whenever you provide bank account information and authorize Primary Color, Inc. or Grower Tags or Garden Marketing Group ("Primary Color," "we," "us," or "our") to collect payment electronically, including through our payment processor, Stripe, whether for a single invoice or a recurring payment plan.
By submitting your bank account details through our Stripe-hosted payment page and completing the associated authorization step, you authorize Primary Color to initiate one or more debit entries (by ACH or similar electronic funds transfer) to the bank account you provide, for the amount(s) owed under the invoice, order, promissory note, or written payment plan associated with your account. This authorization remains in effect until it is revoked as described below.
If your payments are structured as a recurring payment plan (for example, a series of monthly installments), we will provide you the number of payments, the amount of each payment (or the method used to calculate it), and the applicable due dates in writing — such as in an invoice, order confirmation, promissory note, or payment plan agreement — before the first payment in that plan is debited.
If we need to change the date or amount of a previously disclosed recurring debit, we will provide you at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice, except where you have requested the change yourself.
You may revoke your payment authorization at any time by contacting us at accounting@primarycolorinc.com or +1 (800) 581-9555 at least thirty (30) days before your next scheduled payment. Revoking this authorization does not relieve you of any underlying payment obligation owed to Primary Color; it only changes how that payment must be made going forward.
If a debit is returned, declined, or otherwise fails, you remain responsible for the amount owed. We may re-attempt the debit, invoice you by another method, and/or charge reasonable fees for returned payments to the extent permitted by law.
Debits will appear on your bank statement under a descriptor identifying Primary Color LLC.
When you submit your bank account details, Stripe will separately present and record your acceptance of its own required mandate disclosure at the time of entry. That mandate is incorporated into, and supplements, this authorization.
